We had a delightful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the Shengiyan scenic area and just a short distance from the city center. We were thrilled to have the convenience of a free shuttle service into town and a pick-up service after shopping. The staff here were incredibly helpful, using a phone app and computer program to translate to English, which made communication effortless. We were impressed with the quality of service and the level of comfort provided. The rooms were just as beautiful as they appeared in the photos, with spotless cleanliness and excellent facilities. We particularly enjoyed the amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and a dining table. The hotel also provided a patio for us to relax and enjoy the surroundings. we were highly satisfied with the location, service, and room amenities of this venue.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near a scenic area. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The transportation service, including a free shuttle to the nearby village, was extremely convenient. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The staff was incredibly helpful and even used technology to communicate with us.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Nestled in the midst of the breathtaking Guilin mountains, this countryside retreat with serene balcony views left us in awe. The spacious rooms had fantastic hot water/pressure and a good heater to beat the colder nights. A very local experience, the staff were friendly and understanding of dietary concerns and the handwritten menus with English translations were a nice touch. The lovely gardens and attentive service definitely made up for the lack of western breakfast and clear directions to the hotel.

Finding the hotel was challenging due to incorrect or confusing information, which marred our first impression.

The hotel offered very comfortable and clean rooms with a balcony overlooking beautiful views. They had a nice pool which was clean and relaxing, and they also provided flower tea to enjoy by the pool. the hotel had a very convenient location for those who rented bikes. It only took 5 minutes to ride to town, yet it felt like we were in the countryside.

The breakfast was a bit basic as it did not offer any western options. They also did not serve any coffee, so we had to ask for it.

The view from the balcony was amazing and the room was spacious enough for my family of four. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed assistance. The free car transfer to the nearby town made it easy to explore the area. The breakfast had a good variety even though there were no western options.

The location was not as close to town as we expected and the noise from nearby construction made it hard to relax. The smell in the room was off-putting and the water was not hot enough for a comfortable bath.
